On the occasion of Annual Convocation IIT Roorkee 3rd October 2015, Dr. Pankaj Pratap Singh (Assistant professor, Comp. Sci. & Engg. Deptt., CIT Kokrajhar
) received PhD degree from the Director, IIT Roorkee. He was awarded Doctor of Philosophy for doing exaggerate research in the area of Satellite Image Processing at IIT Roorkee. It also unfold the direction for doing research in the area of image processing using remote sensing data. This research also helps to provide the information for remote users. By utilizing this research work, some projects can also be started in CIT Kokrajhar and even the research facility can also be embroiled in the light of such research environment.
